creating an efficient and well-coordinated global production layout.
环亚目前拥有国内两大生产基地以及国外澳大利亚生产基地，其建筑总面积达到了171800平方米，共拥有63条生产线。其中，国内的两大生产基地均以GMPC的标准设计和建造；澳洲生产基地则严格按照GMPC和TGA的标准设计和建造，拥有全自动化无菌车间、智能生产控制系统等，可从事化妆品及药品的生产。

In 2015,Uniasia has recently emerged as one of the first cosmetics companies in China to be certified by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for its management
system,which integrates Information and industrialization. Additionally, it is the first cosmetics company in China to obtain the AAA-level certification for its management
system.
With substantial investment, alongside the company’s managerial requirements and business conditions, a comprehensive online control platform was developed. The platform
includes modules such as planning and scheduling, production management, management and decision-making, electronic signage, quality traceability, error-proofing material
allocation, and material coding management. It helps achieve efficient and smooth business processes, precise control of process management, deep alignment of management
decisions, and higher efficiency. Through the deep integration and application of Information and industrialization, Uniasia Group has achieved real-time online control of
industrial internet production, moving towards higher levels of digitalization and intelligence.
2015年，环亚成为全国首批通过两化融合管理体系评定的企业。同时，为响应国家“中国制造2025”，环亚打造了全流程在线运营管控平台项目，建立了化妆品工业互联网大数据平台，实现了生产信息在线化、生产过程智能化、生产管理数字化，以及生产全流程、全系统范围的实时监控和管理调度。通过信息化与工业化的深度融合应用，环亚已实现了工业互联网生产实时在线管控，逐步向数字化、智能化工厂迈进。
